Who Are the Eltons?

We are a fun, energetic family of 4! On any given weekend, you can find us running through the sprinklers, fishing in the nearby pond, checking out the animals at the zoo, or playing in the pool with some of our kids' 30 cousins! We are die hard BYU football fans and never miss a game! We also love a good family dance party... which occurs almost nightly! Our family enjoys eating healthy and staying active together. We live in a beautiful mountain valley in Utah (in a small, peaceful town). We are LDS and are very active in our church. It is important to us to have a Christ centered family and we are enjoying raising our boys with Christian values. Adoption has been life changing for us after struggling with years (6 years) of infertility. We have a very open adoption and enjoy spending time with our son's birth mom. Meet Andrew! Andrew is AWESOME! He is about as happy and mellow as they come! People love Andrew because he is kind, generous, and friendly. He would give anyone the shirt of his back and has never met a person he doesn't like. He was born and raised in Utah and is the youngest of 8 kids! He owns his own insurance agency and enjoys playing on a men's softball team! Andrew is a HUGE BYU football fan... he even researches their recruits! Andrew speaks fluent Spanish, which he learned while living in Argentina for 2 years while on a service mission for our church. He loves to ride horses and hopes to own a ranch of his own one day.
Meet Sarah! Sarah is the epitome of a mother! She is always taking care of and serving others. She loves staying home with our kids and is a very talented photographer. Sarah is the oldest of 4 kids and is originally from the Seattle area. Sarah loves to cook and also loves to be around animals. She loves Bunco night with her girlfriends and also a good Zumba or Spin class! Sarah is very much involved in the local adoption community and loves to advocate for and spread the word about how great open adoption can be.
Meet Mason Mason is full of personality! This little guy is always making people laugh and loves to show us his new dance moves! He is currently taking a toddler dance class and enjoys meeting new friends each week. Mason also adores his little brother Riley. Anytime we stop to talk to someone in the grocery store, Mason quickly puts his hand on Riley's head to show everyone that this is his little brother! Mason was brought to us through adoption and this little guy is 100% Samoan. We have a WONDERFUL open adoption with Mason's birth mom and we consider her part of our family!
Meet Riley! Riley is sweet as can be! This little guy is pretty laid back and cuddly! He adores his big brother Mason (these guys are 5 months apart in age) and follows him around all day! He also loves to play with our dogs and play with cars. Riley was brought to us with the help of a fertility doctor (after 6 years of infertility).
Meet Sumo! Sumo is a super friendly, energetic Olde English Bulldogge. He loves to run around the backyard and play fetch with Mason and Riley. Our boys enjoy chasing him around and trying to ride him like a horse!
Meet Petunia! Petunia is a sweet, laid back French Bulldog. She loves to be with people and follows us humans around all day. She loves to cuddle and would prefer to sit on your lap all day long.
